Step 1: Create Your Account
Start your journey with Wanda by creating your free account using our web-based portal. The portal is simple to use and designed to make scheduling rides as straightforward as possible. If you’re a caregiver, you can set up an account for yourself and manage rides for up to 25 different service users.
Step 2: Set Up Your Service User Profile(s)
If you will be using Wanda yourself, set up your profile. If you’re a caregiver scheduling rides for others, you can create profiles for each service user. Enter details like their home address, photo, and any accommodations they may require, including if they use a wheelchair.
Step 3: Enter Ride Details
Scheduling your first ride is simple! After logging in and setting up your service user(s), click “Schedule service” and fill in the necessary details:
- Date and time: What do you want your ride? What time do you need to be picked up?
- Pickup address: Where do you need to be picked up? You can also add driver instructions, like “call upon arrival” or “gate code 1111.”
- Dropoff address: Where are you headed? You can also add driver instructions here, such as “drop off at medical building A entrance.”
Wanda allows you to customize these details to fit your schedule, and you can also schedule your return ride at the same time if you need one.
Step 4: Confirm and Relax
Review your ride details and pricing, enter payment details, and confirm your booking. From there, Wanda takes care of the rest. You can track your ride status and get updates directly through the portal. You won’t be charged for the ride until it is completed.
